About the Role: 

  • Oversee daily operations of enrolments including phone and email queries.
  • Maintain student administration systems relating to enrolment data and statistics.
  • Communicate and work collegially with regional and departmental officers and other schools to ensure student data is accurate.
  • Facilitate enrolment meetings with future students, parents and caregivers and school staff by preparing enrolment information, bookings and other documentation as required.
  • Develop and maintain a proactive and consistent online and social media presence to promote the school and to communicate with the local community responsively and respectfully.
  • Assist in the development of promotional material, including marketing strategies and initiatives and develop local systems and processes.
  • Work with the Principal and Executive Leadership Team to develop and implement a school communication plan.
  • Coordinate and consult with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver school events including (but not limited to) enrolment information evenings, school celebrations, Anzac Day ceremonies.
  • Work with departmental officers to provide and promote school specific good news stories.
