About the Role:

The Administration Officer's responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Providing confidential and administrative support to senior management and staff across the branch.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the branch and screen enquiries.
  • Manage and maintain the equipment for the branch including assisting with asset stocktake.
  • Undertake human resources and financial activities including processing of payroll forms and invoices.

About You:

Our ideal Administration Officer will have a wide range of skills or experience, including:

  • Problem solving and a willingness to take on a wide range of tasks.
  • Records Management (CM), OneNote, Excel and Alloc8 or similar timesheet management systems.
  • Communication and teamwork.
  • Managing shifting priorities and disruptions in a busy office environment.
  • Flexibilities around senior leadership and branch needs.
