Holy Spirit is a vibrant, happy and welcoming Primary School. We are a close-knit community with a strong connection to our Parish in Bray Park. Each year level is comprised of three classes, supported by a comprehensive Learning Support Team and School Officers. Student wellbeing and progress is central. Our Year Level Teams work collaboratively to prepare and plan for optimal engagement for all students; each Team is well supported by the Primary Learning Leader and other key personnel.
We promote a positive work culture through regular professional development opportunities, effective contemporary resourcing, staff wellbeing activities and a true sense of belonging. The school is well-resourced with 1-1 iPads for students and IT devices provided for each staff member. Student wellbeing and learning engagement are both promoted and supported through our Positive Behaviour for Learning practices, additional Targeted Support Teachers and our Wellbeing Staff.

The Successful Applicant will demonstrate:
- A wide range of administration skills, including sound knowledge and experience of the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork
- Ability to follow policies and procedures and a willingness to learn
- Welcoming and friendly manner with all stakeholders
- Initiative and attention to detail
- Sound judgement, confidentiality and discretion
- Experience with BCE Systems such as eMinerva and Parent Slips is preferable
- First Aid qualification
- Previous experience in a school administration role (strongly desired but not essential)
To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:
- hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
