About the Role

As the Student Counter Admin Officer, you will work in a small team to deliver whole school administrative services:

  • Interact with students and staff coming through the Admin Student Foyer, and provide back up to the Admin Parent Foyer
  • Answer external and internal phone calls, problem solving whilst adhering to established College processes and procedures
  • Assist the Business Manager with College Facilities: BEMIR WAAPs for contractors, key issues and maintaining the key register
  • Facilitate student appointments with onsite GP clinic
  • Provide administrative support for TCTC enrolments and attendance monitoring
  • Student Work Experience administration and placement arrangements
