About the Role

Forest Lake State School is seeking a reliable and people-oriented Administration Officer to support the enrolment and marketing processes within the school. This role involves multi-tasking, prioritising, and managing multiple demands while meeting deadlines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality administrative and reception support to students, parents, staff, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Coordinating enrolment interviews, preparing documentation, and overseeing enrolment activities, including managing the enquiry tracker.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of promotional material, marketing strategies, and communication initiatives.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to develop innovative marketing systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of an International Students program, ensuring compliance with DE International policies.

This role would suit a professional, focused, and driven individual with strong organisational and interpersonal skills, who thrives in a dynamic school environment.

About You

The following traits would be beneficial:

  • Strong knowledge and experience with OneSchool.
  • Prior experience as an Administration Officer with an enrolment and/or marketing focus.
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, manage workflows, and meet processing deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Department of Education policies, procedures, and finance requirements.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
