About the Role
As the Administration Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Centenary State High School's busy Front Office. In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, requiring excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support across a wide variety of corporate service functions, including HR, finance, and facilities.
- Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
- Liaise with students, parents, staff, and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced school environment with a high degree of accuracy and organization.
- Support the Business Manager in various administrative and operational duties.
Ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills:
- Previous experience working in a school Front Office is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage competing priorities with efficiency and attention to detail.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Business Manager and should be comfortable working as part of a dedicated team to support the day-to-day operations of a school with over 1800 students.
