About the Role
As the Administration Officer (AAEP), you will contribute to the efficient administrative management of the school by providing timely support to the Principal and Business Manager. You will work within established guidelines to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing general administrative support, including reception duties, correspondence, and record management.
- Assisting with human resources tasks such as timesheets, leave applications, and staff relief arrangements.
- Managing financial processes, including payments, invoicing, and data entry into OneSchool.
- Organising school maintenance, safety inspections, and community facility bookings.
- Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating empathy and support.
This role would suit someone who is organised, enjoys working collaboratively, and thrives in a dynamic school environment.
