We are seeking a Secretary/ Administration Officer (Level 4) to undertake a diverse range of administration tasks within our busy school office. You will work as part of a collaborative team providing services to parents, students, school staff
and the wider school community.
Duties include:
- Telephone and email management
- Administration of filing
- Online management systems (eMinerva)
- Assisting School Leadership with various administration tasks
- Assisting with organisation of school events and activities
- Creating school newsletters and first aid duties (First Aid certificate required).
- You will have at least two years administration experience; sound Microsoft Office skills, display proven communication and interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task.
The second part of the role is the Risk and Compliance Officer (Level 5) assisting Principal with compliance matters.
