Assisi Catholic College is a picturesque, master planned P – 12 co-educational college, administered by Brisbane Catholic Education with an approximate enrolment of 1500 students.

We are looking for a dedicated Admin Support Officer to join our supportive and welcoming community.
This is an exciting opportunity to utilise your extensive administrative skills while working closely with the Assistant Principals Middle Years, Senior Years and Religious Education.

Some examples of your typical duties:
Support Assistant Principals – Middle (MY) and Senior Years (SY):
- Admin - Activities Creation and Management
- Admin - Tasks for (Drafting email, APA Filing, Laminating, Printing, Binding, Diary Management)
- Awards - Ceremonies Scripts, Data Collation, Importing into eMinerva
- Admin - Camp - Year 7 and 9
- eMinerva - Email unexplained Reports / LUI Numbers import export (Paper Rolls / Roll Marking / Queries)
- Ordering of Trophies / Gifts / Yearly Planners for Teachers EYJY and MYSY for events
- Letters - Affirmation, Matters of Concern, Attendance Pastoral, Attendance Failures
- Assisting in Information Nights for MY/SY
- Parent Slips and broadcasts
- QCAA - Entering Results / Student Imports / LUI Numbers / Subject Imports
- Assisting with SET Plan Year 10 into Year 11
- Sport - Athletics and Swimming Carnival Preparation
- Updating Subject Selection Handbook MY / SY
- Weekly Student Absences Emails to AP's
- Assisting in Year 12 - Graduation Ceremony / Graduation Gifts and Bags
- Year 7 - Orientation Organisation
Support APRE:
- Spirituality Days – Admin tasks (Year 7 through to Year 12)
- Admin - Camp - Year 11 Retreat
- Assisting in organisation for liturgies and masses.
