Account Manager

  • Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum (DOE)
  • Commission: From 3% - 5% of weekly billings
  • Hours: 7 Hours per day/35 per week

    • Veritas Education are a leading education recruitment company, supporting schools and educational settings across the Yorkshire region. We are looking to hire a committed, confident and motivated account manager to join our Leeds office.

    The account manager will be at the forefront of servicing a large client and candidate basis across the region, ensuring a high level of service is delivered across all aspects of the role.

    Requirements:

  • Resourcing - Within the role, you will be required to advertise, interview and source candidates suitable for a range of short and long term jobs.
  • Clients - A key aspect of the role will be servicing and responding to all clients' needs and request, ensuring clear communication, quick response time, and understanding their needs.
  • Organisation - This is essential, when managing a large client and staffing base, organisation around bookings, meetings, shifts and payroll is essential to help everything run smoothly.
  • Customer Service - You will be working in partnership with a vast range of clients, candidates and third-party organisations, high level customer service and professionalism is key at all times.

    • The account is fast paced, high volume and all about building lasting relationships with both clients and staff, which if done correctly, can bill anywhere from £3500 to £5000+ in profit per week.

    The account manager role is ideal for anyone looking to step into the world of recruitment or for someone with previous experience in managing large sales accounts.
