What is an EducationID?
An EducationID is an account used to access the EducationHQ network. You can manage your personal, business and school accounts with the same EducationID, meaning you only need to create one account for all your activity.
How do I create a new account?
Visit educationhq.com/accounts/register and enter your email address, your full name and a secure password. Click Join Now.
What are the specifications of the author image?
The author image needs to be square:
- Minimal recommended image size: 200 x 200 px
- Optimal recommended image size: 600 x 600 px
How do I sign in to my account?
Visit educationhq.com/accounts/login and enter your email address and the last password you remember using. Click Log In, and if this doesn't work, see below.
I can't access my account. How can I reset my password?
Visit educationhq.com/accounts/password/reset and enter the last email address you remember using. Click Reset and go to your email inbox, open the email from 'EducationHQ', and click the link in it. Enter a new secure password.
How do I delete my account?
You'll need to contact us from the email address we have on file for your account. We'll then cancel your account on your behalf.
