Studio PD session

This will be an informal session in which I will interview Shan Deng about her residency at the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity in Canada during January 2016. Shan has had a very interesting musical journey since childhood, spreading over at least three continents, and I am sure her story will be of interest to those who attend. In addition, I will share informally with those present, a little of my own journey into the use of technology in the studio. I will demonstrate a few educational applications on my iPad and hope that it may trigger some more sharing if others are doing the same. This will all happen over a hot drink as morning tea. You are welcome to bring a small bite to eat with tea or coffee.

For those of you who have not been to my studio the entrance is off Thirza St not Hope St.

Here are the directions in New Town:

Take Clare St which is first immediately right off Augusta Rd as you enter from New Town Rd.

Hope St is 4th on the right off Clare St.

Turn left into Thirza St which is the first intersection in Hope St.

Park there and use the side gate. The studio is the second door on your right as you enter the property.

Push open the glass door and come upstairs.
