PTC NSW will be running a Leadership Development Program where participants will explore the Six Styles of Leadership, identify their particular style and unpack their strengths and weaknesses against their style.

Group activities are designed to identify the key behaviours of a participant’s individual Leadership style and then plan how best to apply these behaviours in their school context.

This course will also provide opportunities for participants to review particular areas of research and how the implementation of the research can lead to becoming a more effective leader.

Practical elements of each workshop will enable participants to unpack concepts, role play, reflect and refine practice before trialling back in real situations.
