Yandelora School is a SSP for students with moderate and severe intellectual disabilities in Narellan, South West Sydney. The school opened at the beginning of 2019 with 8 classes and a current student enrolment of 59, and is experiencing rapid growth with, therefore in 2020 we will have 16 classes of approximately 100 students from Kindergarten to Year 12.
The schools plan focusses on high quality teaching and learning with emphasis on Augmentative and Alternate Communication systems, developing and sustaining an engaged learning community and a strong focus on wellbeing for the learning community.
Yandelora School prides itself on its strong emphasis of team work and collegiality with all members of its learning community. Yandelora School values partnerships with the local Community of Schools as well as the SSP Community of Schools.
