Whalan Public School has a current enrolment of 410 students with a preschool and 4 support classes. Aboriginal students make up 25% the student population and 36% students come from language backgrounds other than English. Whalan is involved in the Early Action for Success strategy and has implemented L3 across Early Stage 1 and Stage 1.
