Werrington County Public School

Werrington County Public School is located in the Penrith area and has an enrolment of 470 students. Our current enrolments include 8% Aboriginal students and 11% that are from language backgrounds other than English. A Support Unit comprising of 1 autism and 2 multi-categorical classes are well established at the school.

The school has a dedicated and motivated staff of varying experience who work closely with a supportive parent community. The school implements effective programs in literacy, numeracy, performing arts, technology and sport. Student welfare and wellbeing programs are supported through the ongoing implementation of Positive Behaviour for Learning.
