Wakehurst Public School

Wakehurst Public School has an enrolment of 360 students, of which 15% are from a language background other than English. The students enjoy a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment with a focus on high expectations and future focused learning. Student learning is enhanced by utilising the latest technologies, including robotics and effective feedback and assessment practices. Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL), forms the basis of our wellbeing practices and contributes to our positive school culture. Wakehurst Public School values the high level of involvement and support from parents and the community. Parents are encouraged to take an active role within the school and are valued participants in their child’s education.
