Valley View Public School was established in 1980 and is located in the Wyoming area of the New South Wales Central Coast. The current enrolment is 324 students including 8.64% of students from an Aboriginal background.
The school continues to implement key programs in literacy, numeracy and wellbeing and has an instructional leadership approach to professional learning for all staff. The school’s practice is built upon research and evidence to ensure all students have fair access to high quality teaching and learning. Future focused learning and technology will be an ongoing priority for the school in educational practice. The school prides itself on the current quality and variety of extra curricula experiences available to students.

Valley View Public School has a strong alliance with the Valley Schools Learning Community and the Cooinda Local AECG, highly valuing the consultative genuine partnerships that exist to provide high quality education.
The school delivers responsive, innovative and consistent solutions to meet the wellbeing needs of students in close partnership with families across a diverse community. The school has a Multi-Categorical support class and a satellite class in partnership with Glenvale SSP. The school caters for students with English as an additional language which adds to the rich cultural diversity of the school community. The Positive Behaviour for Learning philosophy underpins the school’s work in this area and the staff are striving to deliver personalised learning for students to meet their needs.
