Toongabbie East Public School opened in 1966 and located in the Girraween network within the Metropolitan North Operational Directorate. Our current enrolment numbers are 77 students. There is a diverse population with approximately 57% from a language background other than English. 13% of student population identify as being Aboriginal.
As a collaborative learning community, the school promotes a safe, compassionate and stimulating environment where everyone is inspired to be critical, creative and collaborative thinkers and provided with the tools and support to achieve their potential as caring, resilient and productive global citizens. Toongabbie East Public School has a strong focus on the development of 21st century capabilities that will equip students for their future lives. Toongabbie East staff models a love of learning through continued professional development, a commitment to continual improvement using the School Excellence Framework and by promoting proactive, mutually respectful and cooperative partnerships with our families and community.
