Terrigal Public School is a dynamic, community-focused school with a history of providing rich academic, sporting and cultural programs. We are a growing school with a current enrolment of 860 students, including 43 Aboriginal and 23 EAL/D students. Students are organised into 36 classes, including 3 support classes catering for IO/IS/AU students. We have a strong emphasis on student well-being and inclusion. Our diverse school community expects, and receives, a high quality, challenging, balanced and stimulating education for their children.
Our kitchen/garden, sustainability and environmental programs are highly valued by our school community. The innovative use of digital technologies to enhance learning is a growing aspect of our school. A passionate and supportive P & C, strong links with the Kuriwa AECG and continued partnership with the schools of the Terrigal Learning Alliance are all strengths of our school. We will occupy a new future focussed learning facility in 2020 which allows greater flexibility in curriculum delivery.
