Taree West Public
School provides high quality educational programs to meet the individual needs
of its 507 students from the Manning area, including our 112 Aboriginal students.
Taree is a regional town of 27,000 people including a mix of urban and rural
settings. The school is held in very high regard by the local and wider community.
Taree West Public School is participating in the Early Action for Success
Initiative and receives significant additional funding to support and expand on
our innovative Literacy and Numeracy, Aboriginal and Creative Arts programs.
The school has a staff of experienced and early career teachers who have
embraced educational change and innovative practices and are recognised at excelling
