All of SLA's excursions are developed by teachers and implemented by our dynamic and interpretive guides.
They are also curriculum-linked and designed for all stages of learning (Kindergarten to Year 12).
SLA has streamlined its range of educational activities and now offers a stronger focus on Aboriginal and archaeology programs.
As our programs take place in Cadigal country, the home of the first inhabitants of the Sydney area, SLA's programs acknowledge the intrinsic and ancient connection between the land and the harbour in the stories and traditions of the Cadigal people.
This is reflected in our Aboriginal programs, which include a walking tour of The Rocks and a harbour cruise aboard the Mari Nawi with the Tribal Warrior Association.
Sydney Learning Adventures also continues to offer five unique archaeology programs at The Big Dig Archaeology Education Centre in The Rocks.
Don't forget to combine a program with a free visit to The Rocks Discovery Museum, which provides online teacher resources.
