Rosebank Public School is a small school located in
the hinterland behind Byron Bay in close proximity to Lismore, Bexhill, Clunes and
Corndale. Its current enrolment is 35 students spread across two multi stage classes.
The school has strong collegial links with local Public Schools and the
wider community. It is strongly supported by a very active Parents and Citizens’
Association. We are committed to providing high quality education in a
nurturing, inclusive and innovative learning environment; so that all students
are active participants in their learning and inspired to be their best. Rosebank
Public School is underpinned by hard working staff who differentiate the
curriculum and deliver innovative and engaging literacy and numeracy programs. There
is a strong commitment to providing students with varied extracurricular
opportunities in a range of areas. Our Wellbeing Policy is underpinned by the positive
behaviour for learning strategy. Students are provided with opportunities to
develop their knowledge, skills and attitudes towards Creative Arts with a
strong emphasis on music, band, Information Communication Technology and future-focused
learning.
