Rockley Public School is a delightful small, rural school located in the historic village of Rockley, approximately 35km south of the vibrant city of Bathurst. The school provides a family atmosphere and is committed to nurturing, guiding and inspiring students to reach their potential.
The school has a current enrolments of 14 students which includes a small number of students with English as a second language and a number of special needs students.
Staff are highly trained and promote an inclusive and responsive learning environment.
The school has been engaged in Early Action for Success for four years and maintains a strong focus on literacy and numeracy. Rockley PS has a strong focus on developing the whole child and actively engages in music, art and language programs that develop the child beyond the classroom.
The community is very proud of and committed to supporting the school and the P&C is actively involved in every day school life.
Rockley PS is an active member of the Bathurst Smalls schools network and enjoys productive partnerships with schools in the Bathurst network.
