Free state-of-the-art road safety education program that comes to your school!
Designed by road safety experts and education specialists, Road Smart Interactive is an evidence-based, highly interactive incursion program for Victorian secondary schools.
Developed by the TAC and delivered in partnership with Melbourne Museum, the program is aimed at Years 9-11 and VCE Vocational Major students.
Led by knowledgeable road safety facilitators, students explore key road safety issues through:
- Six interactive digital experiences, each addressing a different area of road safety
- Engaging activities that encourage students to think critically about how they – and their school community – can help make everyone safer on our roads.
The program features elements adapted from the award-winning Road to Zero Education Complex at Melbourne Museum and uses the latest immersive technology to engage students in thinking about how they can be part of the solution to eliminating road trauma.
