Rainbow Street Public School, is situated in Randwick in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, and has an enrolment of 390 students across 19 classes, with anticipated growth due to the recent completion of the major capital works and redevelopment. This has delivered new future focused and collaborative learning spaces, with additional outdoor education areas.
The Support Unit comprises of four classes, inclusive of two classes catering for students with a moderate intellectual disability (IO), a class for students with a mild intellectual disability (IM) and a class for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (AU).
The dedicated staff of early career and experienced teachers value professionalism, collaboration and a commitment to developing the whole child through a variety of wellbeing initiatives and are supported by a collegial approach to ongoing professional development.
