Quakers Hill High School is a co-educational high school situated in the North-West of Sydney and is one of four schools forming the Nirimba Collegiate group. In 2021, Quakers Hill High School will begin the transition to a full Years 7-12 campus, with Year 11 commencing in 2021 and Year 12 in 2022. Current school numbers are 836 students with expected future growth due to the addition of Senior students. The teaching and support staff are vibrant, enthusiastic and work collaboratively with the school community to provide a quality learning environment. The student population contains 32% from a language background other than English and 39 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students. A Support Unit comprised of 2 classes for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and 2 multi-categorical classes is a vital element of our school community. The school places heavy emphasis on future focused learning and Positive Behaviour for Learning programs as well as creative and performing arts and sporting initiatives. Quakers Hill High School has embedded strong literacy and numeracy programs throughout all key learning areas and has achieved significant improvement through its involvement in the Bump it Up strategy.
