Pretty Beach Public School (enrolment 178 students) is located on the Brisbane Water peninsula and is unique for its size, location and sense of community.
The school is part of the Kincumba Learning Community and offers a holistic education for all students through nurturing and providing for their academic, social and emotional needs within a PBL framework.
Our caring and collaborative teaching team and learning community aims to engage all students through the delivery of innovative and engaging learning programs. L3 (Language, Learning and Literacy) and Formative Assessment is embedded in everyday classroom routines to support all students in achieving their potential.
The teaching team consists of a mix of experienced staff and early career teachers who develop and deliver enrichment programs including: drama, choir, dance, Aboriginal art as well as various sport and Stem workshops. The school parent community is a respected partner with the school and actively supports programs to enhance student success and wellbeing.
