Prairiewood High School

Prairiewood High School is a Year 7 to 12 comprehensive, coeducational and partially academically selective school of over 1200 students. It is located in Wetherill Park and has an Index of Community Socio-Economic Advantage (ICSEA) of 971. The school caters for a diverse student population with 87% of students from a wide range of non-English speaking backgrounds
and three Special Education classes (Autism/IO). There are currently 60 academically selective students in each year group. Prairiewood High School is held in high regard by its community and has Excellence in Learning, Teaching and Wellbeing as its strategic
priorities.
