Panania Public School has an enrolment of 466 students. There is a strong emphasis on students having the confidence to learn within a culture of high expectations, challenge and support. The school community places high value on this within the range of literacy, numeracy, creative and performing arts and sporting opportunities that are offered. There is a growing focus on visible learning practices and staff members have attended significant professional learning to support quality implementation. Students are encouraged to be responsible, active, informed citizens with a strong sense of self-worth. This is supported through strong student wellbeing programs within a framework that every student is known, valued and cared for. The school is on the Bump-It-Up program. The school has a strong and positive relationship with families and the community. There is an active and engaged P&C.
