Oak Flats High School

Oak Flats High School (enrolment 705 students, including 14% Aboriginal students) is a school that values student, staff and community relationships. The development of an ethos of high expectations and continuous improvement is a priority.

We are a school with a large number of students from low socioeconomic communities. 45% in the lowest band of socioeconomic status. Current focus areas are student engagement, retention and teacher professional development.

We have 7 autism classes, 2 ED classes, one of these is at the Hospital School. The school traditionally enjoys strong support from parents and the broader community.
