Mulwaree High School is a large comprehensive rural high school of approximately 900 students in 2019, including 4 support classes. The student population comprises 6% Aboriginal students and 4% EASL/D. Mulwaree High School is situated within the Southern Tablelands Network and drawing students from within Goulburn and surrounding towns. The school has a wide range of experience in its teaching staff and offers a wide curriculum catering to the interests of all students and covering the areas of Teaching and Learning, Creative and Performing Arts and Sport.
Mulwaree High School has strong community links and promotes strong leadership opportunities for students and staff. The schoolâs pursuit of excellence is supported by a very dedicated P&C. Mulwaree High School is committed to the values of respect, responsibility and opportunity and aims to develop young people to make a positive difference as good citizens.
Mulwaree High School provides a range of programs including, environmental projects linking with universities and local council, alternative pathways, leadership and mentoring programs, talented sports program and creative and performing arts opportunities. A strong emphasis is placed on Literacy and Numeracy across the whole school and providing strong wellbeing support. The school provides many opportunities in a wide range of areas including the performing arts, debating and sport in which the school achieves at high levels.
