Middleton Public School has an enrolment of 207 students, including 28% of students who identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander. The school is dedicated to providing quality academic, sporting and cultural opportunities in a dynamic and supportive learning environment whilst guiding students to be responsible, confident, lifelong learners, who make valuable contributions within the community.
The school has a committed, collaborative and enthusiastic staff, with a mixture of experienced and early career teachers and an enthusiastic and proactive parent community. Language, Learning and Literacy (L3) and Early Action for Success (EAfS) initiatives are being embedded in school practice. Current priorities include literacy, numeracy, professional development and wellbeing. The school provides a broad range of extra-curricular activities for students.
