Michelago Public School (TP2) is a proud and active member of the Queanbeyan Network of Schools. The school has a current enrolment of 40 students, including 23% of students who identify as Aboriginal. A Teacher Housing residence is available, if required and is located adjacent to the site.
Located 54 kilometres south of Canberra and 63 kilometres north of Cooma, Michelago Public School draws students from within Michelago village as well as students from surrounding rural areas, with planning under way for a future subdivision.
Michelago Public School is a community based school, supported by an active Parents and Citizens Association (P&C), who value the school expectations of honesty, responsibility and inclusivity.
