Leppington Public School is located in a rapidly growing and changing area of NSW Sydney with a current population of 280 students and serves a multicultural, socio-economically diverse community. It has 60% NESB population, representing more than thirty different nationalities.
Leppington Public School provides all students with a high quality education in a broad curriculum with a strong literacy and numeracy focus and a technology and cultural emphasis. Students are developed as lifelong learners through cooperative learning strategies with highly committed teachers.
The school is part of the Early Action for Success initiative to improve the literacy and numeracy of K-2 students and has a strong focus on continual improvement of student learning outcomes.
