Lake Munmorah Public School is a K-6 school situated on the Central Coast and has an enrolment of 443 students, including 49 students of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander descent. T he school has a strong commitment to quality teaching and improving literacy and numeracy outcomes for all students. The school has a dedicated, professional staff committed to the provision of quality educational programs. Currently there is 17 mainstream classes, as well as two Multi-Categorical (MC) classes and an early Intervention (EI) unit. Lake Munmorah Public School is a Positive Behaviour for Learning school. Students are provided with various extra-curricular activities such as band, dance, choir, debating, chess and sporting opportunities. The school is well supported by an active P&C and enjoys strong links with the local community.
