Killarney Vale Public School is located on the Central Coast of NSW. There are approximately 466 students, with 12% identifying as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander. The school currently has 20 classes, 17 mainstream and a support unit with 3classes.
We have a dedicated staff with a range of experiences who value collaborative decision-making and staff participation. Our aim is to maximise learning opportunities and outcomes for all students in a purposeful, stimulating and supportive learning environment with a focus on quality literacy and numeracy. Positive Behaviour for Learning and the Zones of Regulation are key components of our school’s learning and wellbeing culture.
The school enjoys a strong partnership with the other schools in the Tuggerah Lakes Learning Community, the local Kuriwa AECG, our local preschools and our active and supportive P&C.
