Kensington Public School is an inclusive and innovative school with a strong focus on academic excellence and positive wellbeing. The school has an enrolment of 460 students in 18 mainstream classes. 72% of students have a Language Background Other than English and over forty different languages and dialects are spoken in our community’s homes. The curriculum is enriched through specialist programs for all students in performing arts, film, languages and STEM which complement the school's emphasis on successful academic learning. Kensington Public School prides itself on providing many opportunities for students to participate in a wide range of extra-curricular activities including choir, public speaking, film, debating, dance and sport. The school is strongly supported by an active P&C and highly engaged parent community.
