Hamilton North Public School strives to equip each student to be the best that they can be. Currently the school has an enrolment of 166 students of which 7% identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander and 14% have a language background other than English. Hamilton North has high expectations for individual student achievement that are met through weekly teacher professional learning based on current best practice, school context, and strategic goals. The school will continue to implement future-focused initiatives focusing on innovative and differentiated teaching and learning and flexible learning spaces.
The school community is committed to environmental sustainability and active citizenship with established practices in place to support our sustainable market garden and recycling/energy saving initiatives. Hamilton North promotes active lifestyles which is reflected in a variety of school PE sport programs and participation in local after school sporting competitions.
