Hamilton Downs Youth Camp is located approx. 1hr 20min drive northwest of Alice Springs, off the Tanami Highway. The property allows for exclusive private use for school groups. There are plenty of activities including marked walking tracks, nature trails, outdoor games and sporting facilities, bush skills and an exciting rope course. Students can learn about the history of the property and the heritage-listed buildings plus utilise a well-researched curriculum based workbook that contains a wide portfolio of activities for all ages. Bunkhouse style accommodation is available and the camp has a modern, well-appointed commercial kitchen with gas BBQ’s and fire pits for students to enjoy under a blanket of stars.
