Grenfell Public School, established in 1867, is situated near the center of NSW between Cowra, Young and Forbes. The school is set amid ten acres of well maintained, parklike, grounds and gardens.

The current school population is 156 including 9% who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander. The school has a staff of experienced and early career teachers. Collaborative planning and decision making are valued by a committed and enthusiastic staff.
