Road Smart Interactive – Incursion Program

Free state-of-the-art road safety education program that comes to your school!

Created by road safety experts and education specialists, Road Smart Interactive is a highly immersive incursion program aimed at Year 9-11 and VCE Vocational Major students.

The program features elements adapted from the award-winning Road to Zero Education Complex at Melbourne Museum and uses the latest immersive technology to encourage students to think critically about how they – and their school community – can be part of the solution to eliminating road trauma.

Led by knowledgeable road safety facilitators, students work through six interactive digital experiences – each exploring a different area of the Safe System approach to road safety. Students are encouraged to consider the role of safe speeds, road design, vehicle safety features and road user behaviours in achieving zero lives lost on our roads.

Road Smart Interactive is free for all Victorian secondary schools.
