Focal Community Services

Focal empowers a life of choice by listening and working alongside you towards your goals. We play an advocacy role with individuals, their families and carers—to create endless opportunities for all. Our experienced and passionate staff help individuals achieve their goals, no matter what they are! We provide a broad range of individualised services across South East Queensland (with our head office located in Ipswich). Focal’s services range from support at home, to community access and economic participation. These services are run in both individual and group settings.
