Farmborough Road Public School is a small school of 191 students (with 13% identifying as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander). The school is located in the Lake Illawarra North Network within expansive, natural grounds. Our banner statement is “Inspiring a Community of Learners,” and the school enjoys rich community support. The school is currently composed of 7 mainstream classes and 4 support classes catering for students with autism or other special needs. The school has a diverse student enrolment from a range of socio-economic backgrounds and is an Early Action for Success School.
The school’s strategic directions are Quality Teaching and Learning, Professional Learning and Student Wellbeing. Our school is focusing on developing a culture of collaborative growth, engagement through challenge and empowering our learners to learn.
