Dubbo South Public School

Dubbo South Public School is a K-6 school with an enrolment of 661 students. The school has approximately 29% Aboriginal and 6% EALD enrolment. We are an Early Action for Success school with 2 Instructional Leaders K-2. We have an emphasis on project-based classes as well as 4 Special Education classes. We have strong representation in sport, CAPA and cultural programs as well as being a Positive Behaviour for Learning school. There is a strong focus on literacy and numeracy which is reflected across teaching and learning programs. A strong P & C supports our school programs and we foster positive parental involvement across the whole community.
