Excursion / Last updated 5 years, 3 months ago

Students can discover how the mountain has been shaped by geomorphic processes over time, and how in turn it has shaped the lives of the people who have visited the granite tor for thousands of years. Students from levels 5-8 can also consider the connections between community and place, and impacts of human activity and natural hazards on sub-alpine ecosystems.

A range of self-guided activities are available. View the website or email for further details.
