Colo High School (enrolment
930 students, including 44 students who identify as Aboriginal) is a
comprehensive co-educational school situated in the semi-rural Hawkesbury
district. The school has a strong record of achievements in academic, cultural
and sporting pursuits. Students have access to a broad curriculum including
Vocational Education and Training (VET) courses. The school is well supported
by an engaged and proactive parent community including an active Parents and
Citizens’ Association (P&C). The staff are committed and caring with a
balance of early career and highly experienced teachers. Colo High School is recognised in the community as a leader in public education
and works in partnership with local primary schools in the Colo Learning Community.
