Chifley College Bidwill Campus has approximately 640 students, including 60 students in four Support Unit classes. We are part of Chifley College, a five school collegiate in Mt Druitt, with Bidwill Campus (7-12), Dunheved Campus (7-10), Mt Druitt Campus (7-10), Shalvey Campus (7-10) and Senior Campus (11-12). Bidwill Campus is proud to serve the local community and we share our site with Bidwill Public School, giving it a uniquely family oriented, community atmosphere and culture. Around 20% of students identify as Aboriginal, around 40% of students come from Pacific Island families, and approximately 45% of students have a language background other than English. The school builds its identity and sense of community on its core values of Responsibility, Learning and Respect. Teaching and learning programs and wellbeing initiatives are supported through significant equity funding and are designed to reinforce these values and support students in their social, personal and academic growth. Staff are committed to working together as a team with a focus on building staff capacity, improving student outcomes and connecting with our community.
