Cessnock Public School

Cessnock Public School provides an innovative, dynamic, inclusive and caring educational environment for all students. With a current enrolment of 319, of which 22% identify as Aboriginal or Torres Straight Islander, our students are known, valued and cared for by professional and dedicated staff. Our students come from diverse socio-economic backgrounds and in 2020 will comprise of 12 mainstream classes and 6 Support classes (2 x ED, IO, IM, MC, Au). 

Our school is actively involved in CASE - Cessnock Academy of STEM Excellence with its partner high school and primary schools. Cessnock is an Early Action for Success school and is a proud member of the Cessnock Community of Great Public Schools which comprises of 15 local schools.
