Broulee Public School is a school of 358 students (6% identifying as ATSI) and is located on the NSW south coast, 21 km south of Batemans Bay and 12 km north of Moruya. The school’s vision is to embed a culture of high expectations in an environment where teachers and the school community work in partnership to develop students who are critical thinkers, successful collaborators, effective communicators, and creative individuals. Staff are committed to ongoing development of their teaching skills, providing challenging and inclusive learning opportunities.
The school has 15 mainstream classes and a proud tradition of authentic links to the local community and innovative teaching and learning programs. A range of integrated technologies are employed across the curriculum to enhance learning and engagement and are responsive to student need. Broulee Public School is part of the Curiosity and Powerful Learning program and staff work closely together to plan and support student and staff learning within and across stages. Broulee Public School has a dedicated, supportive school community, with a Parent and Citizens Association (P&C) that work closely with the school to ensure the best outcomes for all students.
